Contemporary jewelry designed by Flame and Loewe blend the latest trends with ancient traditions. We are specifically enthralled with ancient Egyptian designs and reproductions. Our jewelry is made in various karat golds from 14kt to 24kt, primarily high karat gold, fine silver and sterling silver. We use fine gemstones with our own hand made, findings, and components as well as some that we purchase. No two pieces are exactly the same; each piece is unique and original.
We provide a certificate of authenticity for all items that will describe in detail what you are getting, including the metals and gemstones used.
The certificate of authenticity for ancient artifacts will provide the historical origin and approximate relic age as provided to us from the gallery we buy artifacts from. They give us their certificate of authenticity that we keep on record, and we will provide you with our certificate of authenticity. The ancient artifacts are in no way intended to be made for regular wear, tear or adornment. You wear them at your own risk. These items can be fragile and are hundred to thousands of years old and must be treated as such!
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and eCheck through PayPal, Certified Bank Check, or US Postal Money Order.
Credit card orders will only be shipped to addresses that have been confirmed by the credit card issuer. Personal checks are
accepted but must clear before orders are shipped. All returned checks are subject to a $40.00 return fee. Tracked shipping is
via USPS and Fedex and is free within the USA. Shipping outside the US will have an additional cost. Rush overnight shipping is
available on in stock items, we can PayPal invoice you for the extra charge of $60.00 within the US. Normal delivery of most
items is 2-3 weeks as we custom make most orders and do not stockpile anything.
If you are unhappy for any reason with any of our jewelry you may return them for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of
receipt. Items must be returned in the original good condition. You must receive a return authorization number from our
customer service and a copy of your receipt must accompany a returned item. Please email Loewe for your return authorization
request. Shipping & Handling and PayPal fees excluded. We will not be responsible for jewelry items that were ordered in the wrong size or custom
jewelry orders with any engraving.
Items may be returned for refund of purchase price (less shipping & handling, insurance and PayPal Fees),
within 10 days of receipt. You must have the original invoice for all returns. Should you wish to return part of a purchase
from a combination item special price, your refund will be subject to loosing the discount on the other items and the shipping
price.
