Custom orders for jewelry requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% before work on the design begins.
The balance is due before the finished piece will be shipped. You will be able to view the progress of your piece in the Gallery, as it is worked on.
Custom orders involve major commitments of the jewelry artist's time and resources, which is the reason
for the non-refundable 50% deposit on all custom commissioned orders. We want you to love your custom
jewelry design and we try to involve you every step of the way to ensure your satisfaction with the finished
product. If you are dissatisfied with your finished custom design for any reason, please contact us as
soon as possible and we will do our best to make
things right.
Many of the designs shown in this website can be changed to suit your preferences.
Warranty Information:
All products have an unlimited lifetime warranty on manufacturer's defects, and such items will be repaired
or replaced. However, We will not be responsible for replacing custom orders or items that were ordered in
the wrong size.
If you are unhappy for any reason with any of our jewelry you may return them for a full refund or exchange
within 10 days of receipt. You must receive a return authorization number from our customer service and proof
of purchase must accompany a returned item. All merchandise must be in the original good condition.
